WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR PROFESSIONAL WORK PERFORMANCE AND ALSO OUR APPEARANCE AT ALL TIMES ON DUTY AND OFF.
• MD/OM personally has 16+ years experience in the security industry.• All staff hold a valid SIA DS badge.• All staff have a minimum of 5 years experience in the security industry.• All staff have NVQ lv2 crowd controll Qualification.• All staff have 3+. years experience in sports events.• All staff have 3+ years experience in music events and festivals.• All staff have pit experience and training• All staff have experience backstage• All staff have experience searching• All staff have experience in on site response• All staff have to pass all our tough security checks before employment• All staff are subjected to strickt uniform andpresentation checks before every shift.• All staff will have a personally tailored training programme to advance skills in different areas of the security industry in which they are best suited.We are always expanding our knowledge in the industry undertaking certified training programmes in different areas of the industry making sure all training is up to date following all regulations.OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

All of the team are SIA trained Door supervisors with atleast 5 years experience in the security industry at some of the biggest concerts, festivals and events at some of the biggest venues the Uk has to offer.
Typical duties and expectations
Operating at all times to the requirements specified in the site AssignmentInstructions.Operating at all times to company security manuals as applicableComplying with all company requirements for wearing of uniforms and carryingcompany identification cards when on duty.Making satisfactory reports to the control office at the required timesReporting any incidents that indicate that the premises may not be secure.Satisfactory liaisons with the control room, the Mobile Supervisor, administrationpersonnel and CASSIEL PROFESSIONAL SECURITY SOLUTIONS LTDSatisfactory liaison with any external emergency service personnel who may becalled out in the event of a reported incident.Ensuring that at the end of a shift that the site remains secure and all equipmentis handed over to approved personnel.Recommending changes to Quality Systems and procedures.GALLERY
